Levine Comments on 2013 State of the State Address

For immediate release:

Assemblymember Marc Levine (D-San Rafael) made the following statement after Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. delivered his 2013 State of the State Address this morning:

“The Governor’s message was right on as California comes out of the Great Recession and again heads down the road to economic growth and prosperity,” said Levine.  “California is boldly leading the way on innovation, business, the environment, renewable energy, and agriculture.  We are improving our K-12 education system and are committed to fulfilling the promise of higher education being accessible to all California students.  But the work is far from complete. It will take leadership and collaboration at all levels of government to meet these challenges.  The State of the State provides a clear vision of what lies ahead.”

Assemblymember Levine represents the 10th Assembly District which includes Marin County and southern Sonoma County.
